The Halloween Vendor and Oddities Market is an independent part of the Catskills Halloween City Getaway.
The event will take place October 22-24th, 2021, at the Blackthorne Resort in East Durham, New York.
All setups will be on the Big Lawn across from the Lodge, right up from the the small amphitheater, and across from the Giant Robot!
Setup hours are Thursday evening, then 10 a.m. on Friday. The show starts at 3 p.m. Friday, although most people show up starting at four. It goes until late on Friday; then it’s 10 a.m. ’til late on Saturday; and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
If you’re staying at the Resort (call 518-634-2541) – there’s generally a late checkout on Sunday.
We will be reviewing all applications for the vending spaces available based on the best matches for this event and its Spooky, Steampunkish, Pagan, Renaissance Faire, Magical, Artisianl nature.
Vendor spots are currently $125, going up to $150 in a few weeks; all spots are 10′ x 10′ and outdoors as part of the Market Faire.
Vendors will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
