(This is available only to Resort guests, and people who get meal plans from the Resort.)
IF we ask very, very nicely, we might just be able to convince Dale to make us his famous Irish Coffee. It’s only available at dinnertime, usually Saturday, so if you’re enjoying the Resort’s wonderful hospitality, you might just have a chance to get in on this.
The Blackthorne’s Irish coffee is served with their rich coffee blend, brewed with care, and generously fortified with good Irish whiskey, as well as whipped cream, chocolate chips, and Dale’s own special something (he never will tell the secret of what it is!)
It’s traditional, but not absolutely required, to make a toast. Our favorite toast is, “BOTTOM’S UP!”
You could also try:
“A toast to Hallowe’en!
